How co-ownership works
1. APPLY
Apply through this form to become a co-owner of one of our Scorpion Yachts. We’ll get in touch, provide more information and offer you co-ownership.
2. REGISTER
Once you become a co-owner, we will register your co-ownership number at the notary in Spain.
3. ANNUAL INTEREST
After a year you will receive your 7% annual interest.
4. SELL OR HOLD
Then you have the option to sell your co-ownership on the secondary market or hold it again for a year.
5. REGISTER NEW OWNER
When you sell your co-ownership on the secondary market, we will verify and register the new co-owner at the notary in Spain.
