Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate these changes as much as we can. However, to ensure smooth operations and availability for other guests, we have established the following cancellation policy: Guests are required to cancel their booking at least 2 days in advance of their scheduled departure. If this is done, guests will receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 2 days before the scheduled departure, we are only able to offer a 30% refund of the total booking cost. We highly recommend our guests to make sure their travel plans are firm before booking to avoid any unnecessary costs. Thank you for understanding.
